SEOUL, Aug. 29 (Korea Bizwire) — South Korean instant noodle maker Nongshim Co. announced that it had affixed foldable handles to the side of its spicy noodle cups for the very first time.
The company developed the industry’s first foldable handles to reduce the inconvenience of carrying the cup after filling it with hot water.
Nongshim first attached handles to Caguri cup noodles, a microwaveable product.
The handles can be made by detaching them from the side of the noodle cup.
Nongshim said it will continue to reflect consumer feedback to apply foldable handles to other cup noodle products.
