SEOUL, May 5 (Korea Bizwire)SK Group’s in-house education platform is receiving high praise from the global human resources (HR) industry for its excellent talent cultivation performance.

The energy-to-telecom conglomerate said Thursday it was invited to attend the UNLEASH America 2023 conference, held in Las Vegas from April 25-27, and took charge of an HR innovation session presentation, becoming the first South Korean company to do so.

During the conference, SK presented the innovation performance of its in-house education platform mySUNI, focusing on four themes — pursuit of future capability, participation of all members, strenuous shift, and external expansion.

Additionally, the group discussed a micro-learning-based platform that utilizes short video-centered content to enhance accessibility and a learning management system (LMS) that enables the management of course registration data by individuals to create a self-directed learning environment.

mySUNI was created in 2020 and operates approximately 2,000 lectures in 14 areas, with an estimated 81,000 participants, equivalent to around 70 percent of the group’s total workforce.
