SEOUL, Nov. 28 (Korea Bizwire) – At the Creative Korea 2014 exhibition being held at COEX from November 27 to 30, Samsung Electronics hosted a UHD Museum & Zoo. The UHD Museum is a collection of photos depicting Korean cultural assets, while the UHD Zoo shows ultra-high definition images of near-extinct animals filmed in Africa utilizing state-of-the-art technologies.
The electronics giant prepared the exhibition to offer viewers an opportunity to experience, in UHD, the beauty of Korean artifacts, and to highlight the value of animals threatened with extinction. The advanced imaging technology will allow images of both the artifacts and wildlife to be preserved for the enjoyment and education of future generations. Samsung’s efforts are contributing to a new a way of exhibiting content in this time of accelerated digital technology development.
