COLOGNE, GERMANY, Sept. 10 (Korea Bizwire) – Welcome to the show. A few days before the opening of dmexco 2015, the event’s organizers are announcing further highlights: the world premiere of the completely networked BMW 7 Series model as the new prototype of the “connected car” generation, a special session with two international YouTube stars, and the opening remarks by EU Commissar Günther H. Oettinger. The new dmexco app for iOS and Android, which is now available for downloading free of charge, provides all the latest news and updates and an optimal overview of the four dmexco halls, including the new Broadcast Area, the Girls’ Lounge, and the expanded dmexco Start-Up Village.

Now confirmed: For its visitors, dmexco 2015 has prepared further highlights that will be smoothly integrated into the top-quality program of this global performance show, from the very first moment on. dmexco 2015 will be opened by Christian Muche (dmexco), Gerald Böse (Koelnmesse), Matthias Wahl (BVDW), and EU Commissioner Günther H. Oettinger, who will make the opening remarks. On the second day of dmexco, BMW will stage an exclusive presentation of the new flagship of the “connected car” generation: the completely networked BMW 7 Series model, which offers its driver and passengers completely new opportunities for communicative interaction. Another highlight on the second day of dmexco will be the appearance of two international YouTube stars. Beauty guru Essie Button and the Vlogger singer/songwriter Tessa Violet (each of whom has more than a million followers) will reveal the secret of their video success during the grand finale of the dmexco show at the YouTube session presented by Maker Studios. Their appearance will include a presentation of best cases and a live musical performance on the dmexco stage (September 17, 5 p.m., Congress Hall).

The new Broadcast Area in the fourth dmexco Hall (Hall 9) will be the ideal environment for producing video reports on the event. And the dmexco Start-Up Village in Hall 6, which has been expanded this year, will allow even more young companies to present their innovative solutions, business models, and technologies. #dmexco extends into Cologne city center

For the first time in 2015, news straight from dmexco will be viewed virtually live in Cologne and its surroundings. Using the new Liveposter technology from Dentsu Aegis’ subsidiary Posterscope, Dentsu Aegis Network and Ströer will broadcast pictures and content from dmexco in real time to video screens set up around the city, especially at busy train stations. On account of the heavy traffic that is expected on the two days of dmexco, the event’s organizers recommend that visitors arrive early and use local public transportation. dmexco will operate a free-of-charge shuttle bus from the Köln Messe/Deutz railroad station. At 15-minute intervals, it will bring visitors directly to the entrance of dmexco.
