SEOUL, April 9 (Korea Bizwire) — Hyundai Motor Co. announced Thursday that a new Hyundai Motor Studio Busan will open in the southeastern port city of Busan, where the company will showcase various concept cars and design-related exhibitions.
The studio has been set up at the site of an old steel plant, making it Hyundai’s sixth exhibition platform following Seoul, Goyang, Hanam, Beijing, and Moscow.
It is a 4-story building with a total space of 2,396.6 square meters.
The studio is known for exhibitions that focus on conceptual design, unlike other platforms that showcase mass produced, purchasable vehicles.
Hyundai plans to showcase various concept cars in alignment with the company’s vision for the future, and hold various collaboration projects with art and design.
