SEOUL, Nov. 25 (Korea Bizwire) – Genesis announced the launch of its Proactive Care Service on Saturday, a cutting-edge offering aimed at improving the driving experience for its customers through real-time remote diagnostics.

The service proactively detects vehicle malfunctions or irregularities during operation and provides notifications via the My Genesis app or SMS. Depending on the issue, follow-up support such as emergency dispatch or towing services is also available.

The Proactive Care Service is divided into two components: Safety Care, which identifies vehicle breakdowns, and Smart Care, which detects minor irregularities related to driving.

Genesis expects the service to alleviate customer concerns and enhance driving safety. The company also plans to roll out the service in major global markets starting next year, extending its commitment to delivering an improved driving experience worldwide.

Details about the Proactive Care Service can be found on the official Genesis website. A company representative stated, “We are committed to offering a range of services that ensure our customers’ safety and peace of mind while driving.”
