SEOUL, Nov. 3 (Korea Bizwire) – In this year’s Best Apartment Brand rankings, Hillstate by Hyundai E&C has claimed the top position. According to the 2023 Best Apartment Brand survey conducted by Real Estate R114 and Hankook Research, involving 4,029 adults nationwide from October 4 to 17, Hillstate has secured first place in the overall rankings, marking its return to the top after three years.
The Best Apartment Brand ranking is determined by comprehensively assessing brand value, giving weight to response rates in six categories, which include brand recognition, preference, auxiliary awareness, investment value, residential satisfaction, and construction company reputation.
In this year’s survey, Hillstate took the top spot in the overall rankings by achieving first place in brand preference, investment value, and constructor awareness categories.
Raemian (Samsung C&T) moved up one spot to second place in the overall rankings, while GS E&C’s Xi, which held the second position for two consecutive years until last year, slipped to third place in this year’s rankings.
Following them were Lotte Castle (Lotte E&C), Prugio (Daewoo E&C), ePyeonhansesang (DL E&C), The Sharp (POSCO E&C), Forena (Hanwha E&C), and I-Park (HDC Hyundai Development Company).
Lynn (Woomi E&C) shared the 10th spot with Doosan E&C’s We’ve, making a return to the top 10 after a two-year absence.
As for the reasons for selecting their respective brand (multiple answers permitted), 49.3 percent cited excellent quality and functionality, followed by familiarity (31.7 percent), a safe financial structure and engineering (24.8 percent), and a high investment value (20.6 percent).
