Motion Recognition, Robots Rule Korea’s Largest Game Festival

SUWON, May 28 (Korea Bizwire)Good Game Show Korea 2015, Korea’s largest gaming festival, will be held at KINTEX in Goyang from May 29 to 31.

This year, the number and the quality of gaming consoles and systems from VR and motion recognition companies are richer than ever.

Visitors can experience ‘Minority Report’-like 3D motion and gesture control systems, or encounter robots from RoboCare, Korea’s largest robot institute, which can read facial expressions and the emotional states of human beings.

DIY GAME’s Interactive Sandbox projects colors into a sand play box, turning a conventional sand mountain into a colorful, volcanic land.

An educative game made by four Korean elementary school students and Mortal Blitz VR, a Gear VR shooting game by Skonec Entertainment, will also be presented.
