SEOUL, South Korea, Aug 30 (Korea Bizwire) – The ‘Ok-Yunsun Invention and Design Group’ (www.okyunsun.com) announced that it has been granted a patent for its technology that enables people to use the calculator on the keypad of their cell phone without any particular steps. In the past, people have had to open specific applications for calculations on their mobile device.

The new technology involves drawing the required necessary operator symbols (e.g., +, -, *, /, =) on the keypad instead of pressing a specific button designated for each mathematical operation. For example, in order to subtract 23 from 86 (86-23), users need only to drag their finger along the numbers 4,5, and 6 after pressing 86 in order to simulate the ‘-‘ in the equation.

The Ok-Yunsun Invention and Design Group will discuss with mobile phone manufacturers and application developers for potential business opportunities using this new patented technology.
