CHEONGJU, Oct. 29 (Korea Bizwire) — Unique inventions by students were displayed during a recent contest showcasing the ingenuity of young Koreans.
At the recent Student Science Invention Contest hosted by Chungcheongbuk-do Office of Education, fourth-grade student Cha Do-eun presented a ‘Clear Sound Mask’ equipped with amplifiers and other accessories to allow people to speak louder and hear better.
In addition, fifth-grade student Lee Ga-yoon showcased her ‘Traffic Light Glass Door’ that prevents people from running into transparent glass doors thanks to a separate lighting system.
Other inventions included a ‘Safety Sculpture Knife’ that comes with a safety cap on a knife, and a ‘Milk to Cheese Sticker’ that determines if milk is spoiled.
