SEOUL, Jan. 31 (Korea Bizwire) –Online shopping portal 11st has announced the launch of its new paid service, “AI Selling Coach,” set to debut on February 1. This service aims to provide sellers with optimal information using artificial intelligence.
Building upon the existing “Seller Analytics” that offered insights into pricing, reviews, referral pages, and incoming keywords, the new service incorporates item discovery and product diagnostics based on extensive search term big data.
The item discovery feature allows sellers to get an overview of 11st’s search and sales trends and analyze the current market situation and competitive landscape by entering specific product keywords.
In product diagnostics, sellers are provided with analytical reports linked to various advertising and marketing tools available on 11st, designed to facilitate sophisticated sales strategies.
Since the beta service operation in mid-October last year, 11st reported a positive impact, with an average increase of over 10% in order volume within a month of implementation compared to the same period the previous month.
Park Hyun-soo, the Chief Business Officer at 11st, stated, “We plan to further enhance the accuracy of our analyses and actively incorporate seller feedback to develop AI Selling Coach into a more convenient and useful AI sales assistant.”
