SEOUL, May 17 (Korea Bizwire) — South Korean underwear maker BYC Co. said Monday it will join with Dongurami, a pet content developer, to release summer underwear for pets.
The company used cooling fabrics to make the underwear, in consideration of the fact that dogs have higher body temperatures than humans and have no sweat pores to cool down in hot weather.
The underwear will help pets keep cool in the summer, without getting in their way during activities thanks to their light and soft texture.
The underwear is highly elastic and dipping them in water before putting them on will keep the dogs cool in hot weather, the company explained.
