SEOUL, Oct. 20 (Korea Bizwire) — South Korean construction equipment maker Doosan Bobcat Co. has unveiled a self-driving mower currently in development.
The company revealed the autonomous driving zero-turn mower at the Equip Exposition 2022 in Louisville, Kentucky on Wednesday (local time).
The mower, currently in development in tandem with local software developer Greenzie, comes with a ride-and-repeat feature that autonomously processes the task set by the driver.
The driver can control the mower via a smartphone application.
Doosan Bobcat plans to release the self-driving mower, along with a lithium-ion battery-based model, late next year.
