Hyundai Motor to Begin Full-scale Operation of ‘EV Park’

SEOUL, Dec. 8 (Korea Bizwire) — Hyundai Motor Co. said Tuesday that it will launch full-scale operations of EV Park, a new space combining the concepts of car washing and charging at the Washholic Center in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province.

EV Park is a special space created through collaboration with car washing specialist Washholic.

Car washing and charging are available at the same time at the EV Park, which was created by installing four 100-kilowatt rapid chargers at the Washholic Center’s drying zone.

Hyundai Motor will give membership benefits to its passenger EV customers visiting EV Park.

If such customers sign up for EV Park Membership on their first visit, they will receive a 10 percent discount for the charging fee and use the drying zone for free.
