SEOUL, Feb. 26 (Korea Bizwire) — Saramin, a major career platform in South Korea, announced on February 25 the launch of the industry’s first mock interview service featuring AI-generated human avatars, marking a new frontier in job preparation technology.
The innovative career service allows job seekers to engage in realistic interview practice with AI-powered virtual interviewers who provide real-time feedback and coaching to improve their interview skills.
The system analyzes candidates’ resumes and job postings to generate personalized interview questions tailored to each applicant. As candidates interact with the AI interviewer, the system adapts its follow-up questions based on their responses, simulating the dynamic nature of real interviews. The service provides comprehensive feedback on both interview answers and demeanor, while offering examples of persuasive responses.
Job seekers can choose from six different AI interviewers, each with distinct years of experience, job positions, and personalities, allowing candidates to prepare for various interview scenarios.
“We developed this AI mock interview service to address the lack of accurate and systematic interview practice solutions for job seekers,” a Saramin representative said. “We hope this realistic interview practice will help candidates secure their desired positions.”
