SEOUL, Sept. 15 (Korea Bizwire) — Hyundai Motor Co. has introduced a new service that offers chauffeur and car delivery services using a digital key, regardless of where the driver is currently located.
The company announced Monday that the digital key can be used to pick up cars, request chauffeurs, and deliver the car to a designated location regardless of the driver’s location.
Hyundai decided to add more functions to the digital key, on top of accessing and starting the car, after more than 70 percent of customers in the country chose the digital key as a primary option.
Hyundai plans to link digital keys to parking lots, department stores, and car wash services for further convenience.
