SEOUL, Oct. 24 (Korea Bizwire) –On Tuesday, LG Electronics unveiled a captivating collaboration with acclaimed illustrator Ilya Milstein, aimed at encapsulating the customer experience of LG’s premier home appliances.
Ilya Milstein, known for her past collaborations with global juggernauts like Gucci and Google, has now turned her artistic talents toward depicting everyday life enhanced by LG’s home appliances.
In a dedicated effort to engage with the emerging Generation Z demographic (those born from the mid-1990s to the early 2000s), LG Electronics has initiated diverse initiatives. This includes a playful partnership with Playmobil, where customers can interact with figurines of home appliances, adding a fun dimension to their brand experience.
Additionally, LG offers the “Shoe Life” service, allowing users to store and revel in NFT (non-fungible token) shoes via the LG ThinQ app.
Ilya Milstein’s inaugural exhibition in South Korea, titled ‘Memory Cabinet,’ is currently on display at the My Art Museum in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The exhibition began on the 20th of last month and will run until early March next year.
Visitors to the exhibition can immerse themselves in over a hundred captivating works, including three collaborative pieces between LG Electronics and Ilya Milstein. One notable creation, “Relax, Drink and Love,” showcases a young couple enjoying relaxation on a comfortable sofa while savoring wine, all within a household equipped with LG’s Trom Wash Tower and Code Zero A9S cordless vacuum cleaner.
