SKT and Facebook Korea are Best Workplaces for Employees

SEOUL, Nov.26 (Korea Bizwire)SK Telecom and Facebook Korea have been selected by their employees as the best workplaces in Korea.

On November 25, Job Planet and Fortune Korea held a ceremony to present awards to the companies selected as the best places to work.

The companies were selected through anonymous interviews of current and ex-employees from January 1 to October 15.

SK Telecom won the award in the corporate sector, while Facebook Korea won in the foreign company sector. Ace Project won the IT/Web sector, and NICE Information Service won the small business sector.

Hyundai Motor, Met Life Insurance, Kakao and N Search Marketing ranked second in each sector.

Categorized by group, SK Telecom group ranked first in employee satisfaction, and SK Planet won the ‘best corporate culture’ sector. SK Innovation won the ‘work and life balance’ award.

In Hyundai Motor Group, Hyundai Motor won first place, Kia Motors won second and Hyundai Engineering came in third.

Ace Project, the developer of ‘Comtus Pro Baseball Manager’, won first place in the IT/Web company sector, beating out Kakao and Naver. The employees of Ace Project were satisfied with the company culture that allows everyone to speak their mind.

Nu Skin Korea ranked first as the best company for women to work in, and Pharmaceutical Pfizer Korea won second.
