SEOUL, Nov. 9 (Korea Bizwire)In a sign that electric cars are slowly but surely gaining ground in the auto market, Lotte Rent-A-Car announced yesterday that it will begin offering the Tesla Model S 90D at its Jeju Autohouse location. 

The brain child of U.S. tech billionaire Elon Musk joins Lotte’s stable of electric vehicles that includes the Hyundai Ioniq Electric and the Chevrolet Bolt EV.

According to Forbes, those on the bottom of the waiting list to test drive a Tesla may have to wait as long as six months.

The Tesla Model S 90D boasts impressive capabilities. It can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.4 seconds, and can reach a maximum speed of 250 km/h. It can also travel 378 km on a single charge.
