SEOUL, May 29 (Korea Bizwire)A South Korean online legal service platform has launched an artificial intelligence (AI)-based legal consultation service using ChatGPT.

Law&Good Corp. on Sunday unveiled Law&Bot, a free service that utilizes AI to interpret complex legal terms in an easily understandable manner and provide answers to litigation-related questions.

Currently, Law&Bot offers services specifically related to divorce lawsuits, with plans to expand its scope of services in the future.

If users click on the button displayed at the bottom of the provided answers, they will be redirected to a website where they can fill out an application form for direct consultations with lawyers.

Law&Good explained that it enhanced the accuracy of the answers by classifying over 300,000 legal cases accumulated since the early stage of the service.

The AI was trained specifically on issues pertaining to divorce lawsuits.

Particularly in divorce lawsuits, it can be highly burdensome to disclose personal and intimate information to others during legal consultations.

Consequently, there is expected to be a high demand for AI-based non-face-to-face legal services.
