SEOUL, March 31 (Korea Bizwire) — LG Electronics Inc., a major home appliance maker in South Korea, said Tuesday that it has donated Tromm washers and dryers to a number of animal protection agencies.
The company, together with its management volunteer corps, donated Tromm Washing Machine Steam Pet washers and Tromm Dryer Steam Pet dryers to two animal protection agencies in Siheung, Gyeonggi Province.
The Steam Pet series, released last month and targeting pet-owning consumers, can effectively remove pet hair and odors from clothing.
LG Electronics and its management have been carrying out volunteer work at animal protection agencies in Seoul city and Gyeonggi Province since 2004.
