SEOUL, Apr. 11 (Korea Bizwire) – The walking trails of Seoul’s Botanic Park are capturing the attention of visitors with their vibrant displays of colorful tulips and fields filled with yellow and white daffodils.
The Seoul Botanic Park announced on April 10 that a total of 150,000 bulbs, including tulips, daffodils, and hyacinths planted last winter, have blossomed into a spectacular floral exhibition.
In addition to the seasonal flower gardens, the specialized gardens featuring a diverse array of blooms, such as anemones and Shasta daisies, are another must-see attraction.
As part of its central role in adhering to the motto of “Garden City, Seoul,” the Botanic Park is not only cultivating seasonal flower gardens but also supplying trees and seedlings grown in its nursery to various parks, leisure centers, and district offices throughout the city.
Park Mi-seong, Director of the Seoul Botanic Park, expressed, “We invite visitors to stroll along the walking trails of the Seoul Botanic Park and fully experience the arrival of spring, surrounded by the fully bloomed tulips and daffodils.”
She added, “We will continue to take the lead in the creation of a ‘Garden City, Seoul’ by supplying a diverse range of trees and seedlings.”
